Hi, I'm Letty, I'm 15 years old and I'm starting this blog about my favorite Asian and Latin food. I want to share with you my favorite food so you could try it. In this blog you will get food from many places in the world because i like a lot of different food. My family is Latina and they eat traditional food from Ecuador. I will also share it in this blog with some favorite foods not only mine but also my mother and my family in general I think it would be good because that way I can share opinions and meet new foods.

I strongly believe that Asian food is my favorite food in the world because it has a lot of flavor and also really strong. I am in love with Asian culture so this blog will be the most Asian food That I tried.

I do a lot of trips a year because my mother likes to travels a lot and know new places with different cultures. I really like to eat and whenever I visit a new place and i like to try local food and go to markets.I will also leave some restaurants that I know where you can eat this food and taste it from professional hands.

Japanese food  I like Japanese food a lot because I see a lot of anime and in the anime a lot of Japanese food comes out and it looks great.Me and my older cousin we really like shusi and Japanese food in general so we always go to different restaurants in Palma. One that we like very much is the Udon that there is also one in Cala ratjada and almost always we go. Here I will leave you three meals that are my favorites yey.. Shushi  Sushi is a traditional Japanese food that is made from rice. It is a meal served in small portions that are usually eaten with chopsticks.Shushi is my favorite meal ever because I love rice and everything who has rice, I really love “ arcoiris shushi” I tried this one in London and now is one of my favorites.I love eat shushi with noodles.i think everyone loves shushi too. Latin food

Latin food  Latin food is part of my day to day because my mother and my whole family is Latina and they prepare traditional Latin food every day. I love Latin food, but there is also food that I can't stand to eat and that in all family reunions. My favorite family reunions  are Christmas, my birthday and the end of the year, they always make the food more delicious those days. Latin food is something that I want to learn tomorrow to cook because these meals have been my childhood and I can't imagine living without eating these delicious meals.  Latin food always brings me very good and special memories these two meals that I will put remind me a lot of my grandmother since she always cooked me these meals and that is why they are very special for me.
